Guest guest
I found a broken CF bulb in the trash at work. I bagged it and quickly threw it in the trash compactor outside. At first I did not notice anything and thought I was off the hook. Then, the next time I sat at my desk, next to the trash container, my throat got hard and sore, so I worked elsewhere for a few hours. Later, I sat back at my desk to work some more and my throat was no longer hard and did not get hard again. I have not noticed any bad effects. The bulb probably broke 4 months ago or longer, in a huge open A/C building w/ a constant source of fresh-air, so, it could have been worse. Now I'm taking ADTE and I feel it is working. > > > I saw a story on our local news about a CF bulb that exploded when it was > turned on! Guest guest
what is adte? those CFL bulbs should be outlawed, can you just imagine all the CFL bulbs that have broken in kids rooms.....I read a number of years ago that when one of these breaks it essentially creates a hazmat situation and to properly remediate would cost thousands of dollars, I bought no more after that... sue v. >I found a broken CF bulb in the trash at work.
