benadryl, histamine intolerance.

well, had swelling with the ackeness today, so tried the benadryl.

just tried one tablet. made me fell a little strange,but has relieved some of

the swelling and puffiness.

besides some drowiness, my lungs kindof hurt but that could be other reasons.

skin and some kind of effect in blood steam, ? felling.

felt a little dizzy. but maybe this is a reaction to whatever this is doing

because of the histamine buildup-receptor disfunction.

still fell acky, but did before so it might not help with that,

but pretty good relief of swelling and puffiness.

but yes,even one tablet makes ya sleepy.
