If not, there may be another problem. Headaches are sometimes caused by sewer gas. It's possible that proper traps are not present (I have seen this) in which case, there is no water seal to stop the sewer gases, so have a professional check to see that the drain piping is correct. If the drain piping was installed by an unskilled do-it-yourselfer, traps may have to be correctly installed.
