Flax and chia are both amazing for helping clear out the pipes! Both are bulk

forming, and help " declog " -moderation is certainly needed, lol.

New cleanout routine.  No expensive colonics.  Could be you need some

probiotics though.  Get that yogurt on something at breakfast or lunch.  Nice

to know that works though.  I ordered some things and they sent me a sample of

chia  just for eating or sprouting.  I didn't know people ate chia seeds or

put them in drinks?

Yeah, blend them up in protein drinks ­ work fine, actually contribute to a

gelling effect.
