Guest guest
In a parochial school - If an IAQ mold remediator were on a project, and a third party got this as an end-of project test, would this constitute clearance? About the test: Not specified on the test: 1. number of minutes the sampler ran (Burkard) 2. Time of day 3. Status of HVAC- on-off-fan? 4. Status of ceiling fans? I think most of the spores were basidiosppsores, and ASP/PEN.......DID NOT say if they looked for Clad., Chaetomium, stachy, or bipolaris. Also the outdoor count that day was around 1700. The environmental scientist said that air quality " is not impaired, " even though there are health complaints in the building. He did not inspect duct work to see if it is all sealed properly. He did not inspect carpeting or the slab of the building. I am not sure if the roof leak water was all traced out as to WHERE it might have all gone, AND we have had heavy rains over the last year.
