Guest guest
I wish I could find a way to get meat from animals that are grass fed, free range, no hormones, etc. I seem to need to eat meat some but the kind from the store irritates my stomach and someone said that happens to them too but if they eat meat from " happy animals " then it's fine. But that is also so expensive. Sigh.......... ---From: barb b w meat which I am totally turned off to now that I have seen how animals for food are handled. Guest guest
When you change your food you actually eat less because the food has nutrients in it as opposed to the other nutrient depleted stuff produced for the masses. A better nutrition will help you in healing. God Bless !! dragonflymcs Mayleen ________________________________ From: anita paulsen <apami@...> Sent: Wed, February 2, 2011 12:57:17 PM Subject: Re: [] Re: milk-meat I wish I could find a way to get meat from animals that are grass fed, free range, no hormones, etc. I seem to need to eat meat some but the kind from the store irritates my stomach and someone said that happens to them too but if they eat meat from " happy animals " then it's fine. Guest guest
Hi Barb and Anita, glad you are thinking about these issues! I posted awhile back about non-meat protein sources and books that would help guide folks in reducing reliance on meat--if you're interested they should be in the archives.
