I can't tolerate dairy, sugar, salt, gluten, or any preservatives, it seems. Trying to find food I can eat, but the cookbooks I find for gluten-free folks don't address the preservative dangers. Any suggestions? About the only foods I seem to be able to trust completely are potatoes and broccoli. Getting BORED with my diet--obviously. What I wouldn't give for a trip to Taco Bell, but whatever they use in their burritos caused a severe reaction!!! Suggestions for overcoming this boredom?
