Guest guest Posted February 2, 2011 Report Share Posted February 2, 2011 I have been replacing any sugar or honey with stevia till I can get my body back to whatever normal is. I have been looking at some gluten and sugar free reciepes and many of them call for substitues for sugar. I`am wondering are these okay? Palm sugar, Barley malt, and Agave nectar.
