issue by ACOEM et.al., while Washington DC does nothing to stop it and what the

Ca Courts have done in my case to aid it to continue by being willing

I have a misstatement in here. For the IJOEH paper " ACOEM A Professional

Association In Service to Industry " I should have said I " co-authored " this

paper and wrote the segment on mold. Instead I said I " authored " this

paper. That is not correct. I authored the aspect of what ACOEM and the US

Chamber did over the mold issue. Drs. LaDou, Huff, Egilman, Teitelbaum and

wrote the other aspects.
