New here: Anyone heard of Mold Test USA?

Hi there. I'm pretty new here. Has anyone had their home/apartment checked for

toxic mold by this company? And if so, did you feel it was a helpful test?

They advertised themselves on a television show called The Doctors as doing free

in home inspections. However, if an actual test is recommended, the cost is

$275! Ouch. Is this pretty standard for testing?

I live in a mobile home as a renter and my landlord is pretty much a slum-lord,

she won't fix anything. I've been concerned about the leaks in the roof she

won't fix and feel I really should find out for myself if the leaks are creating

a toxic situation. Moving would be a huge deal for me and this place is ideal

for me in many ways that I wouldn't be able to find almost anywhere else. So if

there isn't a toxic or black mold problem from the leaks I think I would rather

stay.

Any help you can provide would be much appreciated,
