Guest guest
Dave, Im just learning.. taking notes still on all I am being told, exposed to lately.. how are you tolerating the CSM? Ive heard of folks having a hard time with it to begin with and having to stop.. some were able to go back to it when they stopped being so reactive and others I think ramped up very slowly. I have not gone here yet and am a little nervous, esp given dr shoemakers " prediction " for my HLA type despite the fact I know others who ahve it and are better.. some had to go to more extremes than others of avoidance for their bodies to calm down. Some pulse it every 4-8 weeks.. starting slow. Some could not tolerate until going to a cleaner environment and taking that stress off the body. I am getting that its more than mold that many of us are reacting to.. I know in lymeland some of us refer to lyme as lyme complex and pathogen soup.. its the terrain as a whole that we are dealing with. I am getting the gram positive, gram negative bacterias and their endotoxins can be in the mix.. makes sense.. its more than mold and mycotoxins.. makes sense..but it seems the source is the source and it has to be cleaned up and some of us have to move out. I am totally with some people needing stricter avoidance than others and some not.. I dont know where I stand and will start as clean as I can without driving myself and my kids, husband insane. I def see the value in being as clean as possible (and that this might be diff for diff people) to be able to judge reactions more clearly and to allow the system to calm down. That is why we are moving out and taking nothing with us but the dog and maybe my daughters laptop... My husbands laptop will be visiting. I dont want to take many chances.. Im sick of being sick and we can sae and reintroduce in time. I am thinking keep lowering the load as best I can and address the toxins, bacteria, endotoxins, etc step by step which is not easy , but hopefully will be easire when I am out of this house. I have not handled treatment well in the past. Alot of antifungal herbs also hit bacteria and viruses and protozoa like babesia.. one of the men I mentioned also used an antiviral at one point. This can get so complex as well.. lyme land and CFS/ME land is very intense and complicated like here... and I wonder how immune compromised or terrain disrupted mold illness creates .. or if " mold stew " is always the mitigating factor and not the straw that breaks the camels back for some of us.. the last thing to over load an already taxed system I know people who are very sick and I seem to be getting a break lately some here.. was very bad off this spring and summer. Some of them I know are living in moldy (water damaged)homes and I wish they would move out and take as little with them as possible, just to see.. as someone said.. even just take a holiday away form environment without clothes belongings and see what happens. So much to learn and digest.. Robin > > Robin, this is an excellent post thank you. Im hoping that I fall into this category although to be honest with you I have only heard of one person in the past five months that, that has happened to. > > Right now Im taking Sporanox, ketconazole nasal spray and CSM to combat my illiness, hopefully like i said that will be enough to help me recover without having to relocate > > Dave >
