Mould/Fungal exposure

We have many reports, the kinds of growths (mushrooms) fuzzy's, air quality and

spore sample reports, my husband and I are still very ill, and have a several

diseases, conditions, syndromes, ? that are likely related to the exposure's.

We have lots medical test result, and very weird things (as of yet) linking

these odd infections and sickness to the different fungi's, lack of Dr's and no

specialist.

My husband and I were advised to move ASAP, I had the Ministry of Housing

Investigation and Enforcement from Toronto come and look at the house, and then

there were 2 separate IAQ business who did sample testing. We were told to move

right away and leave anything that had any mould on it, which we did 2 years

ago. Still, even now after almost 2 years something's that we put in boxes, ie

old pictures in frames, shoe's, coats, papers, etc things that had been in the

basement, we have unpacked and it has mould/fungi's on them. I lost count how

many times I have been re-exposed, but somethings you just can't throw out.

We have been told though without exact proof that our illness are related to the

mould there is no longer a case, with out special testing or a doctor we have no

way of doing this. In the landladies statements she new about the mould prior

years to us moving in there, the house over the years had so many breaches in

the building envelope that the rains came in many other places. So what was not

that bad when she lived there doesn't mean it didn't get much worse over the

years. When we moved I took pictures and about 90% of places you can see the

mould, some so slight and other places behind walls and ceilings I didn't even

know about until the indoor AQ and spore count tests were done, after we moved

out.

I started out filing a L & T complaint on my own, about the condition, moving

expense etc. I am a bit of a (right or wrong) and I know now that even the RTA

is a joke, same with the MMAH Inspections same they come in say yes this is too

code 10 different violations told the landlord too fix them in 30 days etc,

nothing was ever done. The mouldy house still stands, all of our old neighbours

are concerned with it the (mould) getting out and into the well water, ground,

etc. No one with any authority cares. Then saw a lawyer, who was all gun hoe,

who has just informed me that we will have to pay to continue or because I don't

have any proof, exact that our illness are caused by the fungi. We need Doctor

who understands and can properly DX, and treat this kind of illness.

My husband and I both have so many medical problems our primary Dr. is lost,

they don't know how or what to test, every time we have a infection it just

comes back unknown etoligy, some times more specific, gram negitive/positive

bacteria, some have been identified,

we have spent thousands on anti fungal med's, antibiotics, allergy med's etc. I

alone now have been DX with about 20 different things, Rhinitis, Ocular cea,

COPD, Metabolic, Renal, Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, Fibromyalgia, Arthritis

and more that don't have a DX. What really is scaring me now is the new CT that

was done showing a bunch scattered cysts, lypoma, different places in my

intestines, renal tube.

Need help, a lawyer, a Doctor who can prove/cure this, can you please help me,
