yeah, it's probably low blood sugar, but why is it so random? i do the same

things almost every morning--get up the same time, go through a routine of

taking my oils, getting breakfast ready, etc. maybe it's connected to my cycle.

certainly it is not pregnancy this time b/c i'm pretty sure i haven't even

ovulated--i'm expecting to ovulate in the next 3 days. and last month about the

same time, or rather shortly after ovulation is when the nausea started, which

is why i thought i was pregnant then.

Could be pregnancy. My nausea starts LONG before the test is positive. I

would try to double your protein intake.

For me...nausea equals low blood sugars. Many times it can take several

meals to get it back in balance if my cycle

get out of wack.

Very well could be. My system is VERY sensitive during the different times

phases of my cycle.

I would add in a small late night (high protein) snack to see if you can

curb the issue in the morning and add in some more

protein first thing. A quick hardboiled egg can make a huge difference for

me.

Are you doing anything like progesterone cream to balance your cycles? I

know that can effect blood sugar.

Data, you need data. How is your food log or journal?

Maybe you could identify patterns that way. What looks random could be

a pattern you haven't identified yet, that develops over days, and you

need data to see such a thing.

For me it would be sleep, the cycle, exercise (and I include hard

mental exercise), any weird demands on energy.

We've been having a mild stomach bug around here - just a little

nausea, fatigue and sore throat; nothing full-blown to make you know

you're sick, but then again when the whole family feels that way you

kind of figure out you've all got a bug. Plus I overheard someone in

the grocery store saying his kids were sick. It could be just

something making its rounds. These summer colds can be hard to know

if you're really sick or not - they can be so mild!

after i woke up and came downstairs for breakfast, usual time, i

suddenly felt very nauseous and even having breakfast has not helped.

this happened for 5 days in a row a couple of weeks ago and i thought

maybe i was pregnant, but that was not the case. i know for a fact

that i am not pregnant this time, even though we are TTC, it's too

early to know anything. this is very disturbing b/c i have been out

with my 3yo and had to quickly find a restroom and and sit with my

head between my knees doing lamaze breathing, lol. i usually have to

eat pretty soon after i get up or i start to feel a little sick, but

this is awful. does it possibly have anything to do with what/when i

eat the night before?

His kids were probably sick because their parents buy food from a grocery store.

You mentioned adrenal issues - Nausea is a common symptom of stressed

adrenals. many people find taking a little sea salt in a glass of

water helps with the nausea, dehydration, water retention, and is

especially helpful in hot weather. Adrenal patients are often told to

limit potatssium and increase sodium.

Hi everyone.  I have had RA for 3 years now but have recently (over the past 3

months) started getting nausea most of the time, particularly after I eat.  I

stopped my mtx and humira for a month (risky, I know) to see if it was the meds

making me sick but the nausea didn't go away.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Regards

Cheryl

Hi Cheryl.  I had the same thing, and went to see a Gastro Dr.  Had some

tests, and he found out I had Acid Reflex.  I have taken RX for Prilosec

since.  Works wonderful and all that nausea is gone.  I hope you find out what

is causing yours.  I too hate feeling like that.

Hugs,

Barbara

You can ask your rumy to start you on Zofran. My wife had the same thing. This

worked for her. The meds take some to get out of your system, Good luck...

The last two weeks I've been getting extremely nauseas. My Dr prescribed some

medication but it's no longer working. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm not a

big believer in suppliments but at this point I'd try just about anything.

Thanks

I have had a lot of success with supplements. I would suggest that you go to a

local ND. Sometimes nausea has to do with stomach acid or you may need

probiotics. Some ginger tea with honey should help sooth it meanwhile. There is

a root cause for the naseau - the ND will help find it. Feel better.

Ginger works pretty well. Chew a tiny bit of raw if you can tolerate the taste.

Works almost instantly.

Thank you lady's.

I was at the gym tonight and couldn't believe it, I was getting nausea's from

distilled water. I finally stopped drinking it and after 20 minutes it went

away. I put a call in to my Dr earlier today Im sure he'll want to run some

tests to figure out why even water is making me nausea's

Thanks again
