Guest guest
Robin- I'm just a regular person and not an expert so maybe I can tell you what I do. When I can, I remove the piece with the mold (books in the basement, ruined piece of sheetrock) and when I can't I clean it with bleach. This works for me. Period. I know it's not what everyone recommends. If the anti-fungals work for you, then use them. See if they work. You will know when you don't get sick again. (That's what most people here are trying to help you with-we have all tried stuff that didn't work and became sick again and it's so frustrating!) I can't use that stuff so I stick to bleach or hydrogen peroxide. Sometimes when the mold is just on the surface of things and not through and through a little cleaning is all it needs. Who cares what's dead or what's not dead-all I want is not to be sick! YOU have to be the judge here! Please don't feel overwhelmed. Sometimes there is too much info here (even my post is running too long)and when you are sick it's impossible to read alot. Good luck! Surella > > Am I the only new member feeling slammed right now? I was asking about CLEAN UP when MOST PEOPLE USE ANTIFUNGALS INCLUDING MOST E-X-P-E-R-T-S. > > Who the heck is the EXPERT to TRUST? > > I GET IT. DONT KILL THE MOLD but at the same time as I asked.. when you have Aspergillus Fumagatus and would that possibly be an exception to the holy rule? > > And is NO KILLING of MOLD such a sacred rule that you cant use antibacterial, antifungals (Im personally talking natural) when cleaning a BATHROOM with GROWING MOLD? Or do you gut the bathroom? > Or AS I ASKED.. is there ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE? > > GOD.. this is stressful. I feel like I walked into a war zone. > > Robin >
