Now what is ACHEMMIC intending to do, to undo the harm that has been done

to the mold community by an entity of ONE making the decision it is wrong

to speak out directly of the deceit of the US Chamber et al, when fighting

this issue - and causing fear of retribution from " the leadership " if they

Dear Mr. Sams,

Please call me Sharon. I am not a doctor. My degree is in marketing. For

six years I have been researching and publishing of how it became current

accepted science that the toxic components of mold are only toxic IF one is

exposed anywhere but a house, school, or office.

I have educated physicians about the science of marketing. They have

educated me about the science of mold. I have published with some of them. My

research is often used in mold litigation in WC & property casualty cases.

I find myself looking at the problems in occupational medicine much of the

time. That's how I came to know Dr. Joe LaDou.

To make a long story short the way this absurd concept that toxins aren't

toxic became policy is thru the marketing campaign from Hell by the US

Chamber of Commerce and their white coat proponents at ACOEM.

The term for this situation is agnotology, meaning " the study of

culturally-induced ignorance or doubt, particularly the publication of

inaccurate or

misleading scientific data. Some of the root causes for

culturally-induced ignorance are media neglect, corporate or governmental

secrecy and

suppression, document destruction, and myriad forms of inherent or avoidable

culturopolitical selectivity, inattention, and forgetfulness. Agnotology also

focuses on how and why diverse forms of knowledge do not " come to be, " or

are ignored or delayed. Ignorance is often not merely the absence of

knowledge but an outcome of cultural and political struggle. "

This is not simple to explain in 50 words or less of how I can prove the

Governor is involved in interstate insurance fraud. It has to do with the

Regents generating income from expert witness fees when UC employees serve

as experts for insurers, interstate - while selling the " environmental

science " of the US Chamber to the courts. The Governor and the GC for the

Regents have been informed and given much documentation - they do nothing. It

goes beyond the UC's involvement. Politics in the courts are outrageous

over the matter.

In 2004, it was reported that there were $55 M in employee fraud cases in

CA. Because of " reform " we have given back $50 B to industry - a little

overkill on the reform!, Our state deficit is now $19 B

" workers' comp reform " means money going from workers and Ca taxpayers to WC

insurers and industry. I can directly link the insurance fraud in this

equation with the Regents of the UC, including the Governor.
