Wow. Your pea shoots,I think that's what they are, in the " untitled " video look

great. You grew them on coir? You do have the green thumb!!!!

Made some Pea Shoot Patties

Well!!! You know me and my patties, right? I had LOTS of pea shoots and I've

been using them in stir frys and in salads but I was in the mood for some bean

sprout patties so I said " Hey, why not, they'll be so colorful " . In the video I

forgot to mention I added an egg and some Panko. Also some tumeric, some parsley

and anything else I throw in the patties. Anyway, ABSOLUTELY TO DIE FOR. Top

with some applesauce, or sour cream or whatever suits your fancy. The EASIEST

patties to make.
