Dear All,

This video is an hour long. I tell it all from California to Washington

DC, as much as I can in one hour. If you can, please watch to the end. I

detail how the most influential justices in the state of California have

been willing participants in a malicious, strategic litigation against me

while knowing that what they are doing by their actions is aiding with the

continuance of billions in insurer fraud in policy and in the courts as penned

by VeriTox, legitimized by ACOEM, spun by the Manhattan Institute

think-tank and mass marketed to the courts by the US Chamber of Commerce - and

now

reiterated by ACOEM and former VeriTox affiliate, Holland, again in

2011.

Thank you, Steve Zelter of the California Coalition for Workers Memorial

Day CCWMD, for helping me bring this to greater public light. The courts

are now being used again by Kelman to try to gag me from writing and

speaking of this - including covering up what the justices of the Fourth

District

Division One Appellate Court in San Diego, California have done.

Amendments are currently being made to a tentative ruling in which the

court deemed I should be silenced. However, I think they their revisions are

still going to try to gag me. It was obvious at oral argument that no one

had read my brief. I don't think this judge, that is new to the matter,

really gets it.

I am sincerely scared that when I tell the courts that I refuse to be

silenced, that there is so much money and so much corruption involved at high

levels in the California judicial system, that I will be sent to jail for

speaking the truth in America. Short of cutting off my fingers and cutting

out my tongue, incarceration is the only way I will be silenced.
