Speaking of Sjogren's, if you have dry eyes I would see a doctor who can test

you for that. It's a possibility.

ok, first had this problem to a extent with both eyes, than not with the right

eye for a long time now it's back to both.

and I cant help but wonder if the antifungal nasal spray might be trying to kill

off some colonization somewhere in the path of where the tear duct fluid comes

from and makeing this problem worse again.

it's always been off and on with the left eye but hasn't happened with the right

eye for some time and not this bad.

now I've read that a small amount of CSF is present in all fluids, or something

along those lines. I recall posting some articles with pictures where they found

CSF in actually in mamy places they did not know of in animals anyway, thinking

they also showed human head, areas around the eyes, face, ect.

just think these blocked tear ducts are getting blocked from something within,

not something getting in from backflow.

it also seems it's happening more often sence the cataracts removel.

do those tear duct stents also have a problem with biofilms? I'm guessing they

probably would. I really dont want to go that route but I dont think theres any

other route to go with this problem.

I'm getting pretty worried about all the continueing problems with my

eyes and around my eyes.

I help this when it accures by myself by gently rubing and the fluid works it's

way out. I learned this after going to the ER and haveing the doctor forse it to

drain by pushing on it, he wasn't very gental.

this fluid is very sticky, it's not like the actual fluid from tears at all. now

I did have small vessel vaculitis on both my eye lids

with exposure. would what leaked out of the vessels at that time possably be a

form of colonization in the surounding tissues?

and might now be working it's way out through the tear ducts?

who would I possably go to conserning this if I could?

if this a process of the optic neuritis?
