Hi All,

I just wanted to share a yummy soup that I just threw together...

I started with fermenting/soaking my lentils & quinoa in kefir (overnight)

I then rinsed & added 1/2 red onion and filtered water...boiled and then

simmered for a few hours.

Once the lentils & quinoa were cooked I added a scoby...figured it would add a

little tang!

I let the flavors meld together for about 2 hours and then used my immersion

blender added some celtic sea salt (to taste) and voila...yummy lentil soup.

I did add some Siracha to my bowl just for a little kick...

This was my first try at cooking with the scoby and can I just say that

I am very excited to experiment more!

Hope this inspires you to do some experimenting too!
