I hope this is good news. I use to audit for the Office of Inspector General at

the DHHS and I'm cynical. Politics plays such a perverse role in our health

it's hard to image anyone being able to turn around the pay to play environment

in Washington and the profits before patients' mentality. I think medicine has

become very dark and I'm worried for all of us.
