DLA - Review of appointment to act for Disability Living Allowance

Hi All,

My daughter's DLA is up for renewal. I have just received a letter titled above.

It says 'we are writing to review your role. We want to ensure the appointeeship

is working well and that there are no issues we need to address.

Has anyone else receieved such a letter and if so how did they fill it in.

I must admit, I am finding it quite offensive - I am her Mother - what do they

expect me to be doing with the money and who else do they think should be the

appointee - quite worrying this one.

Any help or advice gratefully received.
