Honey is good but I do not believe it is good for us here.  I tried it once and

made myself worse.  EI dr said something about honey being in the mold family

or

something.  When I stopped I improved, never used it again.  That was quite

some

time ago, when ..........

All sugars contribute to inflammation and fungal growth and candida. I find

honey to be the worst inflammatent. i swell up and look like a chinese person if

I use it, and my arthritis gets worse
