Guest guest
, That's another good way. And it works in your situation.Great news! Carl Grimes Healthy Habitats LLC ----- I noticed that people were mentioning mold/mustiness in their crawl space. We had a 'radon barrier' put into ours, and it's worked quite well so far. Basically, they put polyethelene sp? down over the dirt and sand. Then they caulked all around the edges with a 'green' scentless safe caulk. A pipe was put under the tarp to allow air to be sucked out of the crawl space, and vented outside the house via a fan. This has worked wel for us so far. ---------- The following section of this message contains a file attachment prepared for transmission using the Internet MIME message format. Guest guest
We had a musty crawl space as well which had an improperly installed vapor barrier that was adding to the problem. Once we had another vapor barrier that was reinstalled and fastened to the foundation, it took a few days but the musty smell finally dissipated. It would have been nice to have a fan installed as well but unfortunately we didnt go that direction. Thank God we didn't have mold. --- In , " kellykristinejones " <kellyjones@...> wrote: > > I noticed that people were mentioning mold/mustiness in their crawl space.
