Guest guest
It was air samples so... cu meters most likely it seems.. Im trying to find out how bad the stachy spread but also would love to know about the other factors such as bacteria and endotoxins (im guessing come from bacteria?).. ARMI has stachy in it and it is cheaper.. I think we are OK with other molds.. we've checked this house 4-5 times now: air, dust, tape lifts.. but not ERMI. And no bacterial testing. I figure we can cover several rooms (as per instructions with ERMI and ARMI) with each sample and get a decent scan of the house. The MBR carpet has " few " spores as you walk out of the bathroom that had the stachy (close to molding)> THis was recenlty found.. 4 months after remediation. I dontknow if just in this area of all over the MBR and hallway down to where the remediators left the house... When the knee wall was left exposed with mold on it (stachy for one) by remediator and inspector checked finding the stachy in teh wood.. he also found 7 spore per cu meter of stachy in LR which is one level below MBR. I am very confused.. we are leaving but my husband does nt really believe this is an issue because the inspector just says use a hepa vac and since no more stachy in air all is fine. Sorry to be so confused.. I am hearing RUN and I am hearing.. please you are so over reacting.. I am not well but I also have lyme and babesia.. so it woudl be nice to ahve a better grip on which end is up.. esp burdomsome making this decision for the whole family based on info I cant back up... Thank you!
