Chronic Lyme and mold exposure

would you be so kind to send me any info or experiences that folks have

had with this dual problem

I have a moldy house plus chronic Lyme , I moved here 7 years ago and

within 1 year my health failed me , I have yellow mold in cellar as well as the

black that seems to look like spider webs and its coming upstairs, I have

shag rug in one side of cellar , yikes who would put that down , and

paneling , I only go don to do my wash as I get congested and get a headache ,

what are the best times to clean it or seasons , all my boxes of books are

covered , and it really needs cleaning out as I moved from a ten room

farmhouse to a garrison and have not unpacked that side , however when putting

things down there now I use rubber buckets lined with trash bags , what

choices do I have ? my home is paid for and moving out is just not part of the

equation

My Lyme doctor MD has given me 2 specimen bottles to collect it for

testing , any suggestions are appreciated , feel free to email me off list to

talk by phone if you wish to as I have so many questions I have free long

distance as well , I am in Groton Mass

Is any of this in the file section , I have to retrieve my password for

as I am bouncing all over my groups ,got new computers and am lost so

to speak as the lyme makes it hard to think sometimes plus I am a

homesteader and all my time is outdoors right now taking care of my gardens as

well

as others , once the ground thaws I will have the time to do more homework

but my docs appointment is the last week of this month thank you greatly
