Guest guest
http://www.nytimes.com/2010/12/22/nyregion/22pcb.html?_r=1 & ref=todayspaper The NY Times reported today that 800 out of 1200 city schools have PCB's leaking from their light fixtures! The EPA (to their credit) wants to start replacements immediately, the city is saying, eh, we can wait, it's not so dangerous...does Godzilla have to land on Manhattan for someone to think it's dangerous? Incredible!
