Itchy scalp, hair loss, and dandruff

Hello, I have been dealing with severe dandruff for the past while now and it seems like nothing I use seems to combat it. I was using Nizoral once a week, then upped it to twice a week, then upped it to everyday, ( mixed with my regular shampoo ) I have a very itchy scalp, am experiencing thinning on the top of my head, and still the dandruff is there. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. L __________________________________________________
