I don't think it is that you are becoming more sensitive in that your body can't handle these things anymore. I think it is more of case that now that your body is getting stronger, it recognizes toxic elements more acutely and is basically telling to stay away from those things. --this also makes sense if you think of the very first time u ever smoked or drank alcohol, sore throats, dizzy, sick everywhere lv joe > > > >
Guest guest
I have to use dryer sheets at work, and since starting the diet, I had been getting a burning throat when using it, or other chemicals. It is not quite as bad recently. I don't use those kind of products at home, and when at work, I try to do all I can to limit my contact. I think it is a warning to stay away from such. It could be too, that at first, I could have been retracing all those times chemicals made my throat sore. Is my body figuring out what is toxic and becoming more sensitive to toxins? > Amy >
Guest guest
Hi , Is it at all possible to get the unscented dry sheets at work? They might be a little easier to handle. > > I have to use dryer sheets at work, and since starting the diet, I had been getting a burning throat when using it, or other chemicals. Guest guest
Oh that's a shame! I wonder if he would be offended if you wore a gas mask to work! Guest guest
> No. He insists on his clothing and bedding having a scent. There is no way to change his mind. > +++Hi C. You might consider buying unscented dryer sheets and adding some essential oil to them so he gets a good healthy scent instead. I suggest you experiment. Try putting a few sheets in a jar to which you've added a couple of drops of a scent he likes, and have him smell them. Guest guest
Hi If you are having difficulty with scented products and and the dryer sheets you should be aware that it can be a good warning for you that your body is not able to detoxify the chemicals like other people can. I have multiple chemical sensitivity. I slowly started to react to scented products and petroleum based products over the years and slowly removed them from my environment. But then my immune system completely crashed and now I react to such minute amounts that others can't even detect it. I really must wear a half face respirator " gas mask " in order to go out to the store. I am no longer able to have visitors because their laundry products affect my nervous system so badly that I can't function. Unscented laundry products including dryer sheets are still made from chemicals that are just as dangerous as the scented ones. Protect yourself because this is no way to live and once it is broken I don't see much hope in fixing it. Your health is far more important than someone else's desire for scented products. Best of luck in getting rid of the dryer sheet smell. Unfortunately I haven't even found family sympathetic to my situation so I rarely see them and when I do I suffer. Guest guest
This is so true! My daughter reacts to unscented dryer sheets just as bad as scented dryer sheets. I think they must have a " masking " fragrance in them. Lilac > > Unscented laundry products including dryer sheets are still made from chemicals that are just as dangerous as the scented ones. Guest guest
I am very affected by dryer sheets. I now use lavendar packets from Trader Joes in the dryer. They work!! No cling! Your clothes smell so fresh too. One packet can be used over and over and over. I put the really used ones in my drawers after that.

Why bother with anything other than the foods and supplements on this program, since you can only cure candida by building up your immune system. The nutrients are what are doing to heal your body. Also the high good fats I recommend are the very best way to cleanse your entire body, which even gets rid of heavy metals and re-constructs all of the body's cell membranes so they become strong and healthy. To help your body detoxify do things that do not interfere with nutrients, digestion, etc. as that product would do, i.e. Epsom salt baths, coffee enemas, dry skin brushing, massages, etc. All the best, Bee

I was part of a group of women on another group for Interstitial Cystitis who tried this product for the group's owner, a nurse who authored a book on IC. She was in the process of writing the second edition and was considering including NCD as a possible treatment for IC. We kept in touch and compared notes on what we were feeling. All of us had to quit taking NCD before the agreed-upon termination of the trial due to feeling worse, not better. Just thought you'd like to know. Guest guest
Thanks Bee. I'd rather not waste my money anyway on something that isn't going to help as much as natural things I can do myself. I will continue to do everything I'm doing! Your program has made me feel better than I have in years and I've only been on it for 5 months... Hi Bee, > Do you have any insight on this product? Guest guest
Thanks for your thoughts. This product is really expensive but I have my herbalist telling me it's a huge breakthrough and I should consider taking it but I'd rather just stick to Bee's program. Good to know it's not all that great. Thanks! ________________________________ From: W <coralskies@...> Sent: Tue, November 10, 2009 6:10:40 PM Subject: [ ] Re: Toxins  > Do you have any insight on this product? Guest guest
I need your help. My husband does not believe that toxins or anything else for that matter are absorbed into your system if it comes in contact with your skin. I am trying to tell him that the shoes that he wears in the house is exposing me to toxins because I go barefooted. He doesn't believe that can get into my system. If you know of any sites that explains it that I could show him, I would appreciate it. Thanks for your help. Tired of fighting the battle with him.
