Excellent work Eddie - redefining aging! Could you possibly share

with the group your preparation up to contest e.g., psychology, training prep.

Any thoughts in relation to the optimum time to schedule a resistance training

session during the final build up to a major competition? Do you go by what the

training programme says or take into account how your body feels and go from

there?
