I had tried it once and didn't notice anything and that was after my doctor

indicated it didn't do much.  Might be about like an aspirin he said.  I don't

know and maybe different things help different people.  I tried Mona Vie for

awhile and it was expensive and it seemed to help after a month but then it

didn't do anything after that.  I do take Vicodin twice a day and avoid taking

it longer as I don't want to be addicted to it. I can't use the NSAIDS because

of a low kidney function or lower than it should be.  I am limited on what I

can take.  I sure am affected by the barometric pressure or moisture in the

air.  I sit  lot and when I do, I am in more pain when I get up.  Maybe I

should try the Condroitin Glucosimine or vice versa.  I always hear that if

the words are hard to pronounce or spell that I shouldn't be having them, but

guess thtis only on food products on the labels. LOL.

Glucosamin and chondroitin are great inflammatories. I take these for

arthritis in my ankles and don't have the pain any more.

You have to take it for a month or so before feeling the effect. My

doctor is all for it!
