Someone gave me a great recipe for ginger tea w contained honey. I don't

usually use honey and had none but was able to drink it without. Kind of strong

but supposed to settle stomach or heal sore throat.

Ginger tea:

you grate some fresh ginger root into hot water, simmer and then strain out the

solids. Wow, that is really strong tea and licked my sore throat easily. If

you have sore throat add dash of cayenne pepper also and some honey...not too

much cayenne pepper. It hurts a little to go down but feels better soon

afterwards. Got it from a friend.

Ginger tea buy it sell it great.  I always have ginger around.  I did not have

a

problem when I consumed the honey but later after several applications, it was

terrible.  Never touched it again.  I will take the EI word, it was what made

me

ill.  I would skip the honey.

God Bless !!
