They were not fringed before the fire. The fringe does connote Admiralty court.

You need to go further into the history.

I read up on fringed flags. Sounded interesting and I don't trust things that

have been going as of last twenty thirty years but there is nothing to this.

After a fire in the White House in 1929, the interior was renovated and the new

Oval Office first appeared flag with gold fringe on them, to guild them for

display. All flags in the Oval office and other White House functions were

trimmed w the fringe when in interior spaces and also now used in parade when

carried on a pole. The gold fringe is never used outside when flying the flag.

It doesn't change our laws to maritime laws or any other laws. I posted a link

to pictures of the Oval Office flags and they are all fringed back to the date

of fire, pictures of fire damaged office and then before that plain flags.

Putting a name into all caps does not change a real name into a fake name. In

documents would help the contestents names stand out. Its easier to read and

easier to type.

This is a political theory and we don't discuss those here unless they are

tied to our situation and this isn't.
