time restraints to filing claims

Hi everyone,

There has got to be a change in the WC/SS laws regarding the time from when you

are made ill to when you file. I was ill for many years and suspected the

building was causing it but was not able to get proof. I was lucky in a way

because I had a severe exacerbation due to the exposure that counted as a new

incident and I received the ability to file a case. The authorities seem to

count on this in these cases so the victims can not file. It isn't right.
