good evening all.....i need some help please.....i want to grow micro greens in

my new mini sproutmaster ( i'm still functioning in limited space ).....i have

it, sure to grow mats and fertilizer.....the only thing that i need to get are

seeds :)

what are the steps please ?.....thanks, peace, mary
