Dear Meryl Dorey,

My only comments are that:

1. All of the independent studies, including the one on which I am

an author (see attached),

have failed to find that influenza

vaccines are truly in-use effective in protecting those

vaccinated with them from subsequently

contracting influenza, or being hospitalized or

dying.

2. Since there are no reproductive toxicity studies (see

attached) and no carcinogenicity,

mutagenicity, teratogenicity or

immumological safety studies (see US-FDA package

inserts [leaflets] for the influenza

vaccines; CSL example attached) that prove giving flu

shots to pregnant women is safe for the

long-term health of the pregnant women or their

unborn children, it is scientifically

clear that giving flu vaccines to pregnant women is

NOT safe .

3. No studies of which I am aware exist that prove that giving flu

shots to pregnant women

prevents their children from contracting

influenza after birth.

4. Other than to line the pockets of the vaccine makers and the

others who profit from flu

vaccination as well as to sell the idea

that vaccines are " life saving " , the flu vaccines are

the most ineffective of all of the

vaccines that are claimed to be protective -- and, based on

some Canadian data, apparently increase

the subsequent risk of contracting influenza in a

subsequent year.

5. Since flu vaccines only provided limited protection for a very

few strains of influenza and

the influenza viruses are continually

changing, the in-use effectiveness values typically

range from near " 0 " to no more

than " 50% " .

6. For the Thimerosal (Thiomersal)-preserved flu shots, there is

NO proof of Thimerosal's

safety, which would require, at a minimum

for influenza vaccines that can be given to

pregnant women and developing children,

PUBLISHED no-observed-adverse-effect-level

(NOAEL) values for injected Thimerosal in

developing humans that are greater than

62.5 micrograms of mercury from Thimerosal

per kilogram of body mass for single doses

given infrequently (where the only

" published " NOAEL estimates are those that i have

published (see:

http://dr-king.com/docs/090812_fnldrft_TheTruthAboutTheToxicityOfThimerosalr5b.pdf

and, more recently,

http://dr-king.com/docs/20120514_The_AnythingButMercury_Realities_b.pdf

..

Attempts to substitute the results from

" safety profile " studies based on a small clinical trial or

from retrospective studies using population statistics (epidemiology) or

" mercury blood clearance " are misleading and should be rejected

because none of these can PROVE that the vaccines are " safe " --

only scientifically sound and appropriate toxicity studies can establish

the required NOAEL values that, when valid, determine the upper-limit on

the level of Thimerosal that is safe to inject into a pregnant woman or

developing child.

Hopefully, some of this information may be of

some use to you.

Respectfully,

G. King, PhD
