Guest guest
Roseanne I've been taking antifungals for over a year now and havent had any problems but i do i have to watch my liver enzymes. What exactly are you taking? Have you tried ketoconazole a nasal inhaler? Burns a little but it works great. > > I was bedbound all of last year and I finally was able to convince > a doctor for a script of antifungals since the natural antifungals > just were not doing it.That dose along with diet got be out of bed to > somewhat of a life but nowhere near where I would like to be. > The reason Iam writting is I know the affects of die off but anytime > I want to take some anti fungals again after that good experience, > I run into trouble. Guest guest
nne, I've had problems with antifungals, it might help to use them at a much lower dose. I'm still having some effects at a much lower dose but so far sticking to it anyway. the hexhimier effects is a pretty good sign that your colonized. just horriable to go through. but your supposed to stop and wait a few days than try at a lower dose. work your way up or stay at the lower dose to tolerate it, which ever works for you. seems to me that the heavier your colonized the worse the hexhimier will be. I've had a hard time with pretty much everything I've tried. it seems the worse you are damaged by WDB exposure the harder it is to tolerate most protocals. exspecially with the stomach, bowels being damaged. with these biofilms involved and drug resistance and the difficulties with knowing what your colonized with and what antifungals or combination of antifungal might help, it complacates things. not sure why it would affect you so much different than it did before, could be many possablities, related to that. I've got alot of stomach problems related to exposure and it's interfered with my ability to tolerate several things. for years I had bad reactions to every drug, inhalant, antibiotic, ect. that I tried, I just had to basicly suffer. at one point I found that drinking a little diet pepsi helped my stomach, regardless of what others said about this, I knew it helped me and so of the many other things I tried , this helped. still does. it helps my stomach pressure to burp so releives my pain and helps settle my stomach. I'm pretty sure I have acid influx instead of reflux like most others have so this works for me. thats a problem of bile in the stomach. corn has been off my list for years not good with me at all, I did eat a tablesppon of cooked frozen corn the other day just to see, didn't tear up my stomach but still caused loose stools so still off my list. and I have sugar, doesn't bother me a bit, never has, I dont use it in tea of coffee or anything like that, never have. but I got to have my chocalate, Dr. Shoemakers nurse told me that was ok. I try not to eat many baked sweets but I worry more about the flour than the sugar, but I can tolerate them, so their not off my list completely, I had a hard time with foods that had alot of flour in them for along time so I just take it easy on that stuff. what gets to me most as far as food are any fruits that are getting to ripe because the minute they start getting ripe they start decomposing, meaning mold growth. you just have tofind what works for you, hope you get to felling better. Guest guest
I have the exact same problem with difficulty tolerating my protocols because of mold exposure. 3 years ago I went from taking 8 capsules of probiotics a day to just one being a problem. Didn't know at the time it was because of mold. Now that I've had even more mold exposure I can only take about 1/20 of a capsule of each of my protocols. I also notice that foot baths and antifungals are the things that are bringing up my tolerance. Could only handle a thousandth of a capsule for a while. I mix a capsule with half a cup of water and take a teaspoon. I have all these jars in the fridge with these mixtures in them, ha.
Guest guest
well, couldn't deal with the fluid retention in right tear duck any longer so stopped the antifungal nasal spray and waalaa, it finally stopped. so guess Ill try again and see what happens, cant take a lower dose than I already was. except maybe just use once a week. kindof expencive route, I wonder if I can get them to make it in smaller amounts ,cheaper. I'm getting pretty bummed out on trying things and dealing with all this. > > I have the exact same problem with difficulty tolerating my protocols because of mold exposure. 3 years ago I went from taking 8 capsules of probiotics a day to just one being a problem.
