Guest guest
that is what it said. basicly dont take anyones word for anything, because if you get a idea in your head, exspecially with our brain disfunctions, sometimes if hard to look beyond that. dont believe everything you hear. many things you just have to find out for yourself. for example, mycotoxins are not the only issue here, nobody has all the answers specific to any one persons needs. just like mold exposure might kill off a tumor on the pituatary, diet pepsi might help someones gut, ect. no one can tell someone what they might be getting exposed to, what they should or should consume, ect. we have to find our on way. take everything anyone tells you and do your own research, never take anyones word for something when it might be that that something can hurt you. it sucks because we have to try to figure out what we need to avoid and whats causeing a intolerance and it could be many different things, not just mycotoxins. not just mold, but mold byproducts, voc's, and a list of things I cant even spell let alone remember. it could be bacteria, ect. sometimes your just not going to know what it is, could very likely be a combo of things, just like our WDB exposures were. > > > > Hi > > > > I posted this at another list in response to an email and Carl saw it and asked if I would post it here as well.
