Guest guest Posted April 2, 2012 Report Share Posted April 2, 2012 Carolyn, you can build up but even the sprouts count, etc. My problem is with some of the protein is soy based and I can't do that do to a REALLY BAD history of blood clots. I told my husband that I'll continue to cook things he likes but I'm moving more to beans, etc. Tonight I had made pepper steak in crock pot .... I had no meat but I had the brown rice, a ton of peppers, onions.. then I had salad with some marinated cucumbers. Did I do a lb of cooked veggies today...no .. did I do lb of raw.. yes.
