Cooked rice will just give you a gloppy mess that falls apart when you try to

slice it, lol. TRUST me when I say I tried a zillion methods when I was first

trying to come up with rice crackers. BUT, you can use pre cooked rice to make

rice tortillas with, but you will need to add some dry rice flour to it to get a

rollable " dough " .
