I'm not in a huge hurry, so am willing to wait for sales, and other opportunities to get them. Some of the towns around here also have their own programs. Try doing a search like: " rain barrel " " xyz county, state " ...putting in your county and state names. If you have a food manufacturer locally maybe you can call their offices and ask if you can have any barrels they may have/purchase. Sometimes they have to pay to have them taken away, but if they get money for them you could match the price and probably come out ahead.
