Guest guest
I've thought about it to Barb but the thought of clay sounds very very binding as in constapation, so I haven't. I've about desided that with my stomach problems and how easily a inhaled or consummed exposure can cause dierrhea with me,and other times when I'm not welling to great which is do to colonization, maybe that I really dont need binders. getting through a colonopsy wasn't fun but I felt better afterwards for several days, it seems that protocals with this type action may be just as good as binders and maybe not so hard on some of us. eating alot of greens, or drinks like wheat grass seems like a possabile alturnitive, ruffage, fiber binds too. > > I would like to use more than one detox agent and looked at clay but can only find it suspended in water. Kind of bothers me to think of clay, w probable microbes, stores in water unrefrigerated. Surprisingly Whole Foods only carries it this way which usually means this is what people want. Are there beneficial microbes in clay that aree being kept alive? Is that the purpose of the suspension. Also rather not taste it. Was looking for clay in capsules but if its better to take it this way, I will try it. Is it better to take it this way does anyone know? They carry Great Plains: > > http://tinyurl.com/2fmzqw4 >
Guest guest
I have detoxed with bentonite clay but it was mixed with charcoal, apple pectin, psyllium husk and other stuff called intestinal formula 2. It wasn't at all binding because I also used the intestinal formula 1 that gets things going. Both of the intestinal formulas I used are available at herbdoc.com. I got all the ingredients and made the formulas myself though because 9 years ago I did LOTS of cleansing and those two formulas plus the other cleanses I did were WONDERFUL! Guest guest
BTW, the clay intestinal formula is a dry powder and it does come in capsules.
