Guest guest
What courses did you complete with them? Bruce Sweet spot Pete and othersI have once or twice hit the sweet spot with a client, much questionand answer goes into this process. The problem is as Pete's says, notmany people can tell you how they feel during training. Try as I mayso few people have such intuition or insight or whatever is necessaryto say definitively, "Hey, this feels great! Do it again."We can get a response at the next session where a client will report,"I couldn't wait to get back, I felt so good the next day." But a 0.5Hz band or a 3 Hz reward band feels like: 'nothing', 'no difference','it feels the same as before'....Sue Othmer is a legend, but 'reproducibility' with practitioners isproblematic. Brain training has huge potential but we are still learning, is therereally truly a 'sweet spot' to be found for everyone? I just want tolive long enough to find out ;-)pacman
