Autism center received $1.4 million from Phila. trust

The Philadelphia Health Care Trust has given the Center for Autism $1.4 million.

The money will help the nonprofit center, which treats and evaluates children

with autism, to move to 3905 Ford Rd. in Philadelphia. It plans to move to the

new location - the former site of Jefferson University Hospital's Ford

Road Campus - this summer. The donation marks the start of a $3 million capital

campaign for the center. -
