Guest guest
yes, plants omit voc's, I cant tolerate them either, no real xmas tree, no flowers, last time I went fishing was many years ago, the trees, weeds, water dirt, all those smells were just wipeing me out, later found out I was allergic to some of it, but I think voc's explain the rest of it. I was reactive to what seemed like everything after my exposure, the lung and brain reactions can be very intence. sometimes I can hardly talk or my speach becomes very slured. a lady who worked at a store that I use to walk to asked me one day what was wrong with me, because a lady came in and I swear her cloths came right out of moldy closet and her purfume was a killer, the caughing fit was bad and my legs wouldn't function,I could hardly talk to tell them I needed freash air, they were trying to make me sit down and I just wanted to get outside, that lady contaminated the whole store. after she helped me out side she wanted to know what was wrong, than she admitted to me that she had been wondering for along time because she thought I was a drunk, but she never saw me buy alcohol, she said she'd been dieing to ask. this happened to me at the mayo clinic in the waiting room, but it was a guy with a moldy overcoat and colone, I basicly crawed out of the room. that combination is one of my worst reactions and theres no mistaking the smell of moldy cloths, and it was in the waiting room for the allergest! after I crawed out of the waiting room to the bathroom and regained some composure I made it to the hall way where there was a chair, after I sat down I was hereing someone caughing and I reconized that caugh as the same type I have, very strained and dry. I look over to the waiting room and theres a old farmer in bad shape and his two daughters with him are stareing at me with puzzled looks on their face. I knew what was wrong with him, I wanted to talk to them so bad but I still couldn't walk and couldn't talk. I watched as they called his name and they went in to see the doctor. I think that what the daughters noticed is that we both started haveing a caughing fit at the same time when that guy walked in with his trench coat flying and mold and colone filling the air. I guess I was in the doctors room when they left, I hope they made the connection and got some help for him, I know he didn't get it there. > > Yes you can become reactive to more and more things. Im reactive to all sorts of natural things now like any smelling plant. Reactions arent severe as some, but even smelling plants now cause inflammation in my system. Im reactive to plants that i had not encountered before as well as those i had encountered during exposure... Its all about the state of the immune system, liver etc etc i guess. Most people probably dont get this reactive. >
