Guest guest
Hi Robin- That seems to be the big glut debate....which truly is the most absorbable form while also longest acting. Sprays, transdermals, suppositories, acetyl, iv's, etc. Then there's the sub-debates within each category that not all are made the same and one may claim superior formulation to another. Then there's all the scientific studies claiming one form has superior absorption to other forms. So for me, I have boiled it down to confirmed labs and how I feel...the old keep it simple. One webgroup I've belonged to the longest of any other group included a lot of scientific members and glut continues to be the one subject that never ends. I was more active some years back and one of the things I like about that group was a large number of group members trying different forms of glut. So it offers a wide array of experiential data that is interesting and often compelling. You would imagine that with me being such a poor convertor my body would have loved the lipo but not the case at all. I did both the Lipo C and Lipo Glut and same with both. The glut form I loved the best so far are the fast pushes I did after doing chelation but they were too short acting. Dr Serafina Corsello told me years ago to do iv glut and that I needed to be on some combo of glut for the rest of my life. When I win the lottery, glut here I come..lol... I am reading with great interest about Acetyl Glut and my intepretation of what I am reading is that it can intercelluarly assimilate without prior decomp compared to the reduced form. That fascinates me as that seems to imply a more utilized form on a cellular level. Maplewood has been the key brand and see that Nutricology/ARG have it as well. Hearing some positive stuff about it with some MCS folks. Dr sticks with those companies who provide the science to back up their products. And Recancostat is one of them. She encouraged me to try other forms but also said she wanted me to continue using the Recanco in addition to whatever else I use. Have you found an alcohol free and preservative free lipo? Or are you having yours compounded? Kathy PS: Please note that I have no financial or vested interest in any person, place, object or anything else mentioned in this posting. Reduced glutathione taken orally is not supposed to be that effective. So I dont understand this drink in that sense... Unless I am not getting this, it seems better to spend money on more absorbable form of glut (liposomal) and buy the other two separately, possibly the recancostat (R-ala) and any absorbic acid...
