Guest guest
Pete and others I have once or twice hit the sweet spot with a client, much question and answer goes into this process. The problem is as Pete's says, not many people can tell you how they feel during training. Try as I may so few people have such intuition or insight or whatever is necessary to say definitively, " Hey, this feels great! Do it again. " We can get a response at the next session where a client will report, " I couldn't wait to get back, I felt so good the next day. " But a 0.5 Hz band or a 3 Hz reward band feels like: 'nothing', 'no difference', 'it feels the same as before'.... Sue Othmer is a legend, but 'reproducibility' with practitioners is problematic. Brain training has huge potential but we are still learning, is there really truly a 'sweet spot' to be found for everyone? I just want to live long enough to find out ;-) pacman
