Kathy,

Thank you for this info. I am using Lee Silsby Transdermal. It is expensive. I

spend about 80$ including shipping a month but it is worth it. I have tried

nasal which would send me into what I am guessing was a detox or some sort of

inflammation reaction in my sinuses and brain area.. resulting in crazy neuro

symptoms. I feel the same when I inhale some chemicals and mold. So I dont know

if it was detox reaction or a CIRS like reaction to the formula going up my

nose.

Switched to the Lee Silsby brand and it helps. When my gait goes off, nerves

start to act up and feel " crazy creepies " under my skin, in my muscles.. this

stuff helps. I may also take a sublingual methyl b12 (jarrow brand) and kavinace

as well. Kavinace contains taurine and a derivative of GABA that crosses the

blood brain barrier.

I take at least 6000mg of vitamin c a day. I may experiment with the r-lipoic.

I actually did purchase redisorb liposomic glut to try out. I agree.. its most

likely going to be individual and at this point I need to read up on why the neg

comments regarding oral reduced glut. Ive hread this so much and from sources I

respect.

I was thinking if making a drink that the lipo form would be worth a try and I

may try that out since I now ahve on hand. I have never heard good result from

oral reduced glut but maybe I have not been in the right circles to hear that. I

know of some folks who make suppositories using reduced glut and coconut oil..

was going to try that out but got side tracked with my moldy house.

I will try out the redisorb and may try to make the detox cocktail with it. Then

I may try the acetyl form. Thank you for sharing this info. I am wondering if

there is something even better than the Lee Silsby transdermal and less

expensive.

Dr Amy Yasko uses reduced glut and I have never been able to figure that out

since every other resource that I trust has claimed it's a waste of money if

taken orally.

Robin

> Reduced glutathione taken orally is not supposed to be that effective. So I

dont understand this drink in that sense... Unless I am not getting this, it

seems better to spend money on more absorbable form of glut (liposomal) and buy

the other two separately, possibly the recancostat (R-ala) and any absorbic

acid...
