HI all!

Well, I'm back into tae bo, I think. I did my BL 2 tonight. Thats the first I"ve done tae bo since my back injury last week. I feel pretty good.

I am also finishing up my 4th day of going without junk food. I did add a T of sugar to my cereal, but that was it. No cookies, no ice cream, no candy...but I had to eat 3 of those balance bars today!

I'm still working on finding a way to drink those protein drinks. I tried it just straight with milk, and it actually tasted better that way. I didnt have any today. I think I need to still go up on the protein a bit. My goal is 120g of protein and I've been averaging about 80.

, who wasn't planning on a 21 day challenge, but since I want this to be a permanent change, maybe I'll just see if 21 days will go by without junk.
