Basement apartment - growing wheat grass for juicing

My local ACE Hardware store carries three different wattages of Plant Grow light

bulbs (50 watts, 75 watts, and 150 watts).  Which is best for growing wheat

grass, what is the optimal distance of light source from the grass, and what is

the optimal duration of exposure for the plants (which will eventually give up

the ghost in my new Green Queen juicer).

P.S. Keep in mind, this is a BASEMENT apartment and the wheat grass sprouts will

receive no ambient light.
