Basement apartment, no light, growing wheat grass first time

My local ACE Hardware store carries three different wattages of Plant Grow bulbs

(50 watts, 75 watts, and 150 watts). Which should I use to promote greening,

and how much daily exposure is best for wheat grass juice?

P.S. Keep in mind this is a BASEMENT apartment. The sprouts will receive no

ambient light.
